Seller reviewTim was exceptionally helpful in many apsects of selling my home. He was clear and concise with the explanation of rules and regulations. Also, he was very kind and expressed compassion during times of high stress. Tim was extremelly knowledgeable in his work, more so then other relators with whom we had negotioations/contract paperwork. Overall, Tim was exceptional and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family members. Overall, everything went smoothly. It was a new lesson for me that the "sales price" is not the actual price due to the buyer continuing to request for more credits and the inspector typically finds repairs that may be costly. All are important aspects to be aware of when selling your home. I can not say enougth about Tim's work ethic and his true character. He is a type of human being that we need more of in this world!

He is extremely professional but also very kind and caring. He helped me determine what repairs my home needed and he referred various contractors needed to get my home ready to sell. He had my home looking beautiful and I received offers right away and I got a lot more for my home than I had ever expected. He is a great negotiator. Because of him, it was a very smooth and easy transaction. He really made sure I was taken care of and received the most money for my home. I would recommend him to any one looking to buy or sell. He is the best agent I have ever used. He is amazing and I am forever grateful!

Seller reviewTim answered all of our questions, some times more than once. Tim provided referrals for people to repair or improve things around the house. Tim was super friendly, but always professional. He made us feel like we the most important persons on the whole planet. Tim even provided a referral to a Century 21 real estate agent to help with the closing out and selling of the estate house in Phoenix, Elizabeth Lovesy. She has been a life saver for me. I would recommend Tim to all of my friends and acquaintances because I know he will do the same excellent job for them as he did for us. I call him Tim because he has become like a friend to us, so it feels weird to call him Mr. Cien.

Seller reviewIn a challenging situation unlike any I've seen in my lifetime regarding the virus pandemic, job losses, escrows and purchase offers falling out or withdrawn, and delays in virtually every aspect due to the nature of the real estate and loan industries, Timothy never lost his sense of purpose, confidence, and remained calm and reassuring, looking always to allay concerns we would have with the facts as he knew them and consistently pointed the process forward baby step by baby step until it was finally finished. Never wavered in his purpose and advocated for my wife's and my best interests primarily in every aspect. Diana and I were not afraid to succeed in shooting for the best price that we felt was obtainable. Timothy made that his equal priority, clearly laid out his plans for what we should do on our end to help that happen, and carried it through flawlessly. My gut instincts and discernment with regard to perception of his knowledge and skill in his craft, his overall character and sense of ethics were perhaps the most critical factors in selection. Timothy Cien's representation would be a huge asset for any prospective seller in this market.

Timothy jumped in running and got my offer in and accepted! He was always looking out for my best interests. He carried everything through smoothly in spite of Covid, and I have a beautiful new house! It all went great, Timothy was fantastic.
