Timothy Cien is a great guy! While working with him, he went from being our sales broker to a good friend. He went above and beyond for us. Working almost all day for us. Seemed like he never took a day off. Even when he had plans with his family he would somehow squeeze in time for us. Very down to earth but, don't let his nice guy attitude fool you. Tim's very firm when dealing with other agents which we loved. Got answers from the other party very fast and to top it off, the deal we wanted. Tim is also well experienced with homes and knows what he is looking at. He will explain any home damages to you. He has a keen eye for spotting hidden or may become future damages which was very comforting to us and help with our decisions. What even made this experience more comforting was the loan officer was his brother Manny. Never met him in person but a real cool guy and professional. You can tell just how he speaks on the phone. If I had a question about my loan Tim easily could contact his brother. Overall, me and my wife had a great experience. Tim mentioned to us the first day we met, buying a house is going to be like a roller coaster ride. It actually felt like we were on a kiddie ride, stress free.
