We sold our house and bought a new house and closed in 30 days and of course there were few hitches Tim handled everyone deftly he was always able to answer a questions if he didn't know the answer immediately he did the research and never hesitated to ask us if there was anything else we needed. He was there 100% for us and earned every penny of his Commission. I highly recommend him or anyone in the market for a house or selling a home especially around San Diego.
