I want to say thank you to Timothy Cien for all that he did to help us find a home.  We really like the time and patience that he showed us as well as the individualized attention.  If we ever know of anyone who is trying to find a home we will gladly recommend him as a realtor. We were impressed with the honesty and integrity in which Mr. Cien conducted himself throughout the sales process. He had our best interest at heart, and was there for us twenty-four hours a day to answer any questions we may have had.  His knowledge of real estate and the real estate process involved, made each step of the transaction that much easier.  His patience and demeanor were greatly appreciated. In the future we would not hesitate to use Timothy Cien again for any of our real estate needs.

Was referred through Navy Federal's RealtyPlus program. Timothy Cien was the first correctly assigned realtor for us and it was a great fit. Timothy Cien was very informative and helpful during the purchase of the property. Timothy Cien was extremely professional and informative. He gave us everything we needed to know as first time home buyers. He walked us through the process of home buying. Tim was genuine throughout the whole process. We were able to call or text him with any questions whenever we had any and were responded to in a timely manner. Overall Tim's performance was excellent throughout the process. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our home buying experience. Timothy Cien appeared very knowledgeable and friendly when we first met him. It only became more pleasant from there. Tim talked us through the entire process as we were first time home buyers. He was extremely accessible when we needed to contact him via text, phone, or email. We would receive a response anywhere from instantly to within a couple of hours. Tim is a genuine realtor, but more importantly a genuine person. Tim cares about his clients on a level that makes you feel like you're in good hands. Even after the sale Tim was still accessible to answer any questions we had. Tim was even dedicated enough to work on his birthday. What really let me know that we could trust Tim was when we were initially putting in our first offer. Tim was professional enough to decline a call from his brother, but prioritized his own family enough to accept a call from his daughter during the same meeting. Knowing that he cared enough about us to work on his birthday but still prioritized his time to have a few words with his child is what I really appreciated. Because Tim showed he was a professional realtor that was still able to give time to his child, I knew we were in good hands when trying to find our family home.

Timothy Cien is an Outstanding Agent. He assisted me with the purchase and sale of my home. During both processes, he invested countless hours in guiding me in the right direction in every step of the way. He's extremely respectful and understanding. Tim Cien was recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law who spoke highly of him. Tim Cien is a true professional. I always felt that Tim Cien listened carefully to what my needs were. Tim is very knowledgeable about the CA housing market, contracts, laws, and neighborhoods, which served me well since I'm relatively new to CA. Tim Cien is by far the best realtor I've had the pleasure to work with, and I've worked with several over the years. His knowledge of the area and overall experience of housing in California was enormously valuable to me. Tim listened to my criteria and offered ideas so that I might be able to consider things I hadn't initially thought about, such as looking at townhouses as well as condos. When I became discouraged, he was encouraging. Tim was enormously patient with me. Tim was always available and accommodating. He communicated information to me via email, by phone, or in person. I felt that he negotiated fairly with the sellers on my behalf. The inspection and repairs went smoothly and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I asked to be shown around generally to find something long term for my disabled son. Tim did that despite the fact that there was little immediate prospect that I would act. Later I came back to the area while visiting and again he took me out, this time looking for myself, but again not planning any immediate move. However, he found me just the right place. Tim also dealt smoothly with my selecting my own, remote mortgage broker. Kudos also to Tim's brother, the mortgage broker at Century 21, who pre-qualified me on the spot to make the unexpected purchase. I chose my own local person because of past experience with her, not any concerns about his service.
