Buyer reviewMe and my boyfriend just purchased our first home with the help of Tim Cien . We went in to this with no knowledge of buying a home what so ever . Tim was so patient with me as jeremy . He would show us a number of homes a day and gives his opinion on each one .We were able to find our perfect starter home in Santee . Tim would follow up with us everyday to make sure all the documents sent over to us were correct before signing . He was very helpful and was always there when we had any questions . I would recommend Tim Cien to any future home home . Because of Tim and his strong knowledge of real estate , we were able to achieve our goal in purchasing our first home.

Buyer reviewTim actually had a listing of other property that we did not like. When we discussed what we were looking for he went out of his way to show us other homes that fit our needs. Tim really kept us in the loop during the entire purchasing process. He paid close attention to dates, inspections, and all details to keep us on track. Tim was always available to answer any questions we had, and had great suggestions as needed. Throughout the years I have purchased and sold over a dozen properties located within 4 states.
