All I can say is that she became involved with the sale of my home after another agent (who was not with Century 21 New Millennium) had tried to sell my home and couldn't. Ingrid Butler became my new sales agent and I could not have picked a better real estate agent. Ingrid never gave up no matter what she had to deal with in regards to the sale of my home. Ingrid Butler has so much determination and as a realtor and knows what needs to be done to sale or list a home. Ingrid takes into consideration how we feel as we work through the selling/buying process of our homes, Ingrid Butler was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale of my home. Ingrid prepared and updated Market Analysis' and made sure that I as a client was always aware of the status, what was going on with advertising and where and who was viewing the ads. She was always available to answer the many questions I had sometimes we had many challenges to face and Ingrid handled them professionally and was very patient explaining issues to me.
