Seller reviewIngrid Butler is the best broker money can buy! She is extremely effective, professional, knowledgeable, experienced and cordial. She will essentially make you feel like your family friend is proceeding over your property transaction. In my case, Ingrid handled the short sale for my home. The short sale process for me was a perpetual nightmare, but Ingrid broke her back to alleviate as much pressure and stress as possible. She was extremely prompt in relaying significant information. Positive or negative, she never withheld information. She was fully in-tuned with my priorities and never attempted to mislead or manipulate me. Her integrity is certainly beyond reproach. Ingrid's attention to detail and excellent communication, cooperation and understanding solidified my faith and trust in her. She maintained impressive commitment to the sale of my home, and her command and control of the short sale process was a major satisfaction. She has been awesome and has really endeared me because of her disposition and passionate effort, commitment and consideration. She definitely made a stressful and painstaking process as palatable as possible. I'm thoroughly appreciative of her quality of service.
