Buyer reviewSelecting Ingrid Butler as our realtor was one of the best decisions we could have made. She always put our needs ahead of her needs and was very knowledgeable about our target purchase area. During the final inspection of our home, Ingrid noticed that there was no running hot water. As a result, the seller installed a new water heater on the day of closing. Without her careful attention to detail, we could have moved into a house with no hot water and, subsequently, would have spent hundreds of dollars purchasing a new water heater. Being able to effectively communicate with Ingrid and vice versa was one of the best aspects of having Ingrid as our realtor. Every week, she sent us listings of houses that met our criteria. Additionally, Ingrid was on time for every tour and inspection. If we were running behind, we would let her know and she was very empathetic and patient. On our day of closing, the staff at the La Plata location was very friendly and professional. Reading the sign that said, "Congratulations Eric Dorsey on the purchase of your new home" was a very special moment for us, and we appreciate the staff for their thoughtfulness.

She was able to answer all of our questions and kept to what was best for us in the long run. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family who were in the market for buying a house because she was always honest and professional and never pushy, which is something that my husband and I value.
