Buyer reviewTodd Romano and Danielle Bergan handled a sale for me a few years ago. It was time to move again and this time, we had the added pressure of a toddler and another on the way. They worked tirelessly to get our very rural home sold for the best price in a short amount of time. Then they negotiated a new home for us in a difficult market with a limited budget that was so perfect AND made sure we got a quick escrow so that we could get in and settle before the new baby. They are kind, intelligent, empathetic and always available to answer questions or give reassurance. Real estate involves much more than making deals, especially when you have children. Your sale and purchase are not just properties- it is your home and where you live out your life. Seller reviewPatrick Holman was our agent. He quickly and properly estimated a realistic sale price for our property. He assisted us in preparing our property for sale. He scheduled several showing at the same time creating a sense of urgency for potential buyers to make an offer. We were able to sell our house at the initial showing. Patrick work with us throughout the entire sale process making sure that our interests were protected and offering sound advice when we need to make decisions. Patrick also assisted us in the same way for the simultaneous purchase of our new home. Patrick was a delight to work with. He really made us feel like we where his only clients. We have not only found a great relator, but a new friend!

He let me know what was happening at all times and was very helpful in discussing the options available for the sale of the property as well as items we needed to do for the closing. His team did a very good job hosting the open houses and kept it open every week until it was sold.
