Danielle is absolutely amazing. She worked tirelessly to find us a home that we could afford. She was always in contact with us and always in contact with the sellers (new build). She caught so many things and asked so many questions that we would have never thought about. She ensured things were followed up on and people were following through with timelines. She walked us through every step of the way and made us feel so comfortable and supported. She cares so much about her clients and wants to make sure you are not stressed, you have a solid understanding, and your needs are being met every step of the way. I wish we could just keep buying houses in order to work with Danielle more. The sellers made things very stressful and did some things in weird ways but Danielle was like our shield with those things and took it all head on. Thank you Danielle for your kindness, your commitment, and your support in finding us our first home. We could not be happier.

This is my 6th home selling experience and hands down the best! Todd was amazing! We live out of state and met with him once, from there he handled everything from referrals for contractors and escrow companies to dealing with my tenants. I can't say enough about how flawless and easy Todd made this transaction for us. He even negotiated a $10k increase over the original offer! His communication skills are exemplary. We were kept up to date on everything throughout the home selling experience. What a great guy!

Todd is a consummate professional and has a better understanding of the real estate market than any other real estate professional I've ever worked with. Since the very first meeting, his demeanor was very calm and patient. He explains every step of the way, his take on it, equips you with all the information and ultimately follows whatever decision you make. His photography team is amazing, they bring out the best a house has to offer. Todd is a shrewd negotiator, has a lot of experience and connections in the San Diego area. I cannot recommend him highly enough for your real estate needs, there is no one better than Todd when it comes to selling your home!
