Buyer reviewI have worked with Tracey Barret on multiple transactions through the years, including selling and purchasing a couple of homes. Working with Tracey feels more like working with a family member or a very good friend who is very knowledgeable about real estate, particularly in Northern Virginia. She was always friendly, patient and understanding of our desires and needs in each real estate transaction. When it comes to purchasing or selling a home, there are no straight forward deals without unique issues of their own, and Tracey is a wonderful resource to have in your corner to tackle these problems. Buying and selling a home involve some high stakes, because of that these deals can get emotional and stressful. I recommend Tracey because having her on your side of the deal will definitely be a much smoother less stressful experience.
