Tracey relieved the burden completely by not only recommending excellent, high-impact ways to refresh this older property, but also ensuring that the work -- from an on-line auction of home furnishings, to clearing the house, to wallpaper removal, painting, etc. -- got done with excellence and ahead of schedule. The finished product was truly beautiful, with the house selling in 3 days and above list price.
