The experience was so favorable that my son then employed Mitch Graves for the purchase of his town-home in Redondo Beach in 2017. When the time came to relocate from Escondido, CA, to Torrance, we never gave any other thought to whom would be our broker. Mitch Graves exemplifies the qualities we most desired in a real estate broker, namely "patient," "accessible," and "approachable." He knows the local market better than anyone we've met, at no time did we ever feel reticent in calling Mitch.
