Mitch did not know Leisure World at all when we first started and he took a lot of time to get to know all of the rules and regulations. He got to know what was available in the area and what the pricing should look like. He worked very hard to learn everything he could about Leisure World. I would not have found this property. Had it not been for him doing a search of all of seal Beach. He showed me a lot of properties in Leisure World. Mitch took a lot of time to take me back. He really fought for the property that I bought.

My property was a condo in a building that had two lawsuits against it and a fire. It took over a year to sell the property. Mitch was so well informed on the lawsuits, the insurance companies , and the HOA, it was the only reason the property sold. I don't know if anyone else could have sold this property. It was brand new and a great location, but the lawsuits were a problem. He very patiently and professionally handled every aspect of the sale. I find his guidance in real estate is excellent. I am using him as the realtor on my new property that I am purchasing, and I will use him in the future. His real estate knowledge is outstanding. He is completely prepared when he comes to give you information on the property. For over a year he checked with every real estate agent that showed our property. He also helped in the renovation from the fire , he was there to let in contractors. When you call Mitch he will get back immediately. Mitch is truly an outstanding realtor!!
