My family and I moved to Alaska in 2003 and made it our home. I retired from the U.S. Army after serving for almost 22 years and felt making the transition into the real estate profession made perfectly good sense. After all, I had relocated almost every three years both within the United States and abroad. I understand the stress involved in moving a family to new schools and making new friends and I am here to make that relocation easier for you and your family.Loyalty and integrity are two of the values that helped me have an extremely successful Army career, and will continue to help me meet the needs, wants and desires of my clients.I am very involved in the local community. Currently, I serve as President of the Board of Directors for Alaska Youth Soccer as well as the Past President of Cook Inlet Soccer Club. As well as, I am on the Anchorage Board of Realtors.

Unlike other agents that will try and stay towards the tip top of your budget, Larry understood that we were just trying to find the perfect home for our family for the most affordable price. He also took an interest in how much we were paying in closing costs, along now with other fees our mortgage company was trying to charge us. Why? Because he wanted to make sure we weren't getting ripped off. He ended up saving us a lot of money and made us more savvy buyers. He cared about us from the first second we became his clients, all the way up to us signing the papers. We even have come to him with questions since and he's still as prompt as he always has been. We are truly thankful for him! Be smart, hire this guy!
