Larry Burke and his family made Alaska their home in 2003. With over 22 years of leadership experience from his service in the U.S. Army, Larry brings a strong foundation of discipline, dedication, and strategic vision to the real estate industry. As the Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Realty Solutions?serving Anchorage, Eagle River, and Soldotna?he is committed to fostering growth among REALTORS®, advancing the company, and elevating the industry as a whole.
Larry's dedication to leadership and service began early in life when he earned the rank of Eagle Scout, a distinction that reflects his commitment to integrity, perseverance, and community involvement. He continues to embody these values in his professional and personal endeavors.
Passionate about giving back, Larry actively contributes to the real estate profession. He currently serves as a Director for both the National Association of REALTORS® and Alaska REALTORS®, in addition to his role on the REALTOR® Political Action Committee Participation Council.
Beyond real estate, Larry remains deeply involved in the community. He has previously served as President of both the Alaska Youth Soccer Association and the Cook Inlet Soccer Club, demonstrating his dedication to supporting local organizations and youth development.

Seller reviewLarry was professional when presenting a plan to market and sell the property. He understood the challenges of dealing with sellers who would be out of Alaska and explained how we could communicate to finish the sale. He observed the repairs that were needed before listing the property and offered to follow through with the workers we selected. Larry provided EXCELLENT support during this sales process complicated by winter in Alaska and COVID which added to the time this property was on the market. He was patient with questions and provided options for marketing this property. Larry responded promptly to all calls and emails. He followed through on providing necessary paperwork. He also called to remind us when documents needing signatures had been emailed.

Buyer reviewLarry Burke was fundamental in being able for us to find out home within a set of prerequisites. Guiding us in all avenues related to the home purchase and allowing us to understand the process made it possible for us to achieve the near impossible, meaning finding our (perfect) home and closing it in time for our international shipment to arrive and not having to go through temporary storage arrangements. We wouldn't have been able to get settled so quickly if it was not for Larry and his extraordinary skillet on the market.

He went above and beyond with this sale - when the broiler went down and was leaking water, Larry kept checking on it until I could get back to town to get the plumber there.
