I would highly recommend Jonathan Perea to anyone! He is a knowledgeable and confident professional. When we first met I was not ready to sell. He was willing to answer my questions and waited patiently over the following months until I was ready. His gentle manner set me at ease right away, and his knowledge of the area was impressive. Jonathan was full of experience and wisdom, which helped when the buyer's broker tried to play little games. He knew when to let things go and when to confront. Jonathan was the only realtor out of 5 who took us seriously when I said the $200,000. price range. He took the time to show us houses and always returned my calls and emails. He never laughed like another realtor did and never dismissed us like 3 others did. He was wonderful! I would refer him to anyone looking for a home! Jonathan took us to any home we wanted to see. He always returned my calls or emails promptly. Always polite and respectful and made himself available when we needed since we came from out of town. My overall experience was great! Jonathan listened, explained the process, made himself available. All of these were important to us since we were coming from out of town.
