What can I say about Jonathan! I love this guy! He worked his heart out for me on this one from not knowing what was going to happen day to day! From transients stealing his loc boxes and signs and smashing windows and having to rekey to ceilings falling in!!! So bad we had to alarm the entire house! He just took it all in stride and kept on selling my house!! We agreed this sale was one of a kind and i guarantee he'll NEVER sell another UNDERGROUND HOME!! I cannot say enough for his steadfast work ethics and perseverance in doing whatever he could to sell my property. I now live in another state and was unable to help with anything...he handled EVERYTHING time after time and never once let me worry about anything.. Oh and I haven't mentioned this is my 4 TH HOME he has sold for me!!! Great guy and am kinda sad I don't have anything more for him to sell...but I know I have a freind for life...

This is the second time I have worked with Jonathan to sell a house and both times have been fantastic. I moved to another state but needed to sell my home in California, and even though I wasn't there in person everything was seamless. His communication is impeccable and he was always timely in his updates. He negotiated very well with the buyers agent and really stood up for me as a seller. I am so grateful for his expertise and would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Jonathan Perez was excellent in every way. He helped us when we went to Texas to check out houses. We didn't have a pre-approval letter, but with his help, we got to see several houses, including the one we bought, from Century 21, Agent Shelley Richey. He was in constant contact with Shelley, our financing company, while selling our house in California. Whenever we had a question, Jonathan responded right away, or within minutes. He was also in contact with both Escrow companies, which helped tremendously! Even with all the stress, all parties endured, he held his composure, stayed focused, and helped the process through until the end! What a PROFESSIONAL!! OUR TEAM, which includes Jonathan, (team leader), California escrow company, Shelley (co-leader), Cross Timbers escrow, MiMitual finance, and us, (sellers/buyers), made a terrific team, even through the MIGHTY stressful times! I don't have any respect for Daisy Zavala, or the buyer of our house. They degraded everything,

I actually can't remember my first encounter with Jonathan Perea but I DO remember being impressed with his professionalism. Throughout the entire process of selling my home, he was polite, punctual, cordial, and followed through on every step of the journey. I could reach out to him anytime of the day and into the evening and he would get back to me without fail.

We are really glad we chose to work with Jonathan. The home buying process is extremely overwhelming for us first time buyers and Jonathan gave us the knowledge and ease we needed to find our home. He always made himself available for us whether it was to tour a home or answer our questions. I can't rave enough on how prepared he was with information on each property we toured and how quickly he'd find answers to the hundreds of questions we'd have. Jonathan never made us feel pressured to make decisions and his expertise in the field helped drive us to finding the right property. Thank you so much Jonathan for helping us buy our forever home!
