Chad Wagstaff was a great realtor to work with. He instantly provided accurate answers to any and all questions I had for him. I appreciate the way that Chad always considered exactly what I told him and made it happen. He never imposed his thoughts on to me unless they were absolutely relevant, which I appreciated every time! He was an amazing guy to work with and always made me feel like the #1 priority. Chad was very accurate with area information and got numbers and projections for each of the areas I was searching for a home. I had within 2 days on the market every time as much information as I wanted and needed for my future home. He spent months with me going to look at any and all places that I wanted and always worked around my schedule! The guy is a machine!!!! DOES HE EVER SLEEP???? Only the day after closing my new home!!!

Chad is just the best realtor. He was patient with us through our long home search (over a year) and he tried hard to understand what we were looking for. He was the one who identified the home we bought on the day it was listed, so we were able to get in good position with our offer and get our dream house! Chad was always helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. If you are looking for someone who will keep you in the loop, find you a great house, and walk you through the whole process Chad is your guy. Would recommend 100%.

Chad was very professional but very friendly. He was always there to help out or answer questions. He was available any time of the day to work with us. When we closed he even went above and beyond to make sure our water was turned on that day. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family, and will use him again.
