He was the perfect combination of professional and fun/friendly, and I feel like I've come away from the whole thing with both a house and a new friend. Chad really took my needs, wants, and values to heart as he spent countless hours talking through scenarios with me until we found the perfect match. Besides all of this, he really has done his homework to develop expertise in all areas of the home buying process (from plumbing to legality to interior design). I hope he stick around Utah for a while because I'm definitely using Chad again!

He treats you like family and I think he goes way above and beyond to help you get what you need. Chad is always available for questions, even months after the sale or purchase has been completed. He never, ever makes you feel like you are bothering him or you are a burden.
