Buyer reviewI highly recommend William Stokes. His knowledge, incredible work ethic, professionalism, willingness to go above and beyond and his friendly demeanor were all huge plus marks. He is so willing to help, I'm almost embarrassed by how hard he has worked to take care of even the smallest of details. He is by far the best agent I've worked with, and I've bought multiple properties over nearly 40 years. William is very responsive, thorough and willing to help in any way. Real estate deals can be stressful, but he made this the easiest deal I've made. We had not met before the open house. I now consider him a friend.

Being a first time home buyer, I was a little uneducated, but William took a consultative approach with me. He listened to what my needs were and respected the budget I had in mind. He painted me a picture of how the process would look, which really put me at ease. Buyer reviewWilliam Stokes was great to work with! We have known him personally before deciding to purchase a home. However, once we decided we were going to start this process, he was nothing expect professional. He was 100% honest with us on all properties we looked at, which I appreciated very much. He also went above and beyond when things got stressful. We had many issues with our seller/seller's agent, which lead to closing being pushed multiple times. Will did more than he needed to to make sure we were taken care of and advocating for us. He was awesome and we trusted in the fact that he was looking out for us first.

I was able to trust Will through the process because he was very thorough in explaining every step to me and he was very helpful in connecting me with the person I needed to talk with regarding loan questions, housing programs etc. He worked on our time schedule and never tried to rush us in making any decisions. I genuinely felt he was working in the best interest of myself and my family.
