Buyer reviewHis negotiating skills are TOP NOTCH. I really went into this with limited knowledge but he led me the whole way. Couldnt have asked for more I was referred to William from a friend and knew from our 1st meeting that he was the right real estate agent for me. Very knowledgeable and amicable. I believe it went so smoothly because William was the only person I had to communicate with. He took care of everything and made sure that my thoughts and opinions were forefront.

Buyer reviewMy brother and I are moving to Des Moines because I got a job transfer and promotion with the company that I have worked for for years; thanks be to God, so we were in the market to buy a house. We're not from Iowa and didn't know anyone there, so we did an online search to find realtors - Century 21 came up in the results. We looked at the realtors different profiles, and decided to go with William not just because he has a 5 star rating, but because he looked genuine, and though we didn't know him at the time, it looked as though he would actually help us find a house that would fit our budget, and not be in need of major repairs. William found us such a house. I'm glad that we chose him. Had we chosen someone else, the results might have been different. William Stokes is a nice man, and a christian, like we are. I'm glad to have met him.
