He was attentive to details and more than available. He made the process of buying our first home as stress free and smooth as possible. As good of a realtor as he was, he's a better man who works with utmost character and integrity. Without a doubt, I would recommend Wayne as a reliable realtor who will be sure to take care of you and your needs.

Wayne Coulter made it easy for us, he researched options tirelessly and listened to all of our needs and wants. The process can be frustrating and difficult at times, but having a realtor and friend like Wayne made the process much simpler. Wayne made sure we were considering every possibility and understood the anxiety we had about buying. My family and I are forever grateful to Wayne and the Century 21 team for helping us find our dream home and making the process as painless as possible. I would recommend using Wayne and his team for all of your real estate needs!

Seller reviewWayne and the entire Century 21 were respectful, honest and dedicated to my family and the sale of our home throughout the process. No matter the question or time of day, Wayne made sure we had the proper response and were satisfied before getting off the phone. Despite the fact that Wayne was most likely managing the sale of several properties at once, he made us feel extremely important, as if we were his only source of business. I would recommend Wayne Coulter to anyone in the market to sell their home or just buying a new property, he is simply the best!

Buyer reviewI started getting very serious about buying a house, saving money, and working hard for it. In the beginning I was contacted by an agent at REMAX, I told him what I was looking for in a house and he said that's fine. A few days later he ran my credit with his lender to get me into a bigger house. He was sending me houses $10,000-$35,000 over my desired max limit. I soon contacted my mother, who told me to cut that agent off as he doesn't care about me, only about his commission. My mom referred me to Wayne, a good friend to our family and as soon as I contacted Wayne, he explained to me he wants to teach me about the process and guide me through my first home buying experience. Wayne done just that and above and beyond. As I just closed on my first house at age 21, I couldn't have done it with Wayne. The best thing to look for in considering a realtor, you want that person to be reliable, trusting, knowledgeable, and caring about you and your home buying experience. Wayne is definitely 10/10 in my book.
