The market has been very competitive in the area that we purchased a home; however, Wayne worked with us and found several homes in our price point. When it came to the contract and closing on a home, Wayne negotiated to make sure that all concerns were addressed before closing. As a first time home owner, Wayne was helpful in explaining each step of the home buying process.

They work out together at a local gym and he had asked Wayne to help me find a home within a certain timeframe and school zone. Neither an easy task. Wayne went above and beyond go find me my home. He worked with me when things did not work out smoothly with financing to help get it straightened out before I lost the house. He has the knowledge to find and get you your home of your dreams. He treats you like a friend or more like family. He listens and cares. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me. I would recommend Wayne wholeheartedly. Wayne greets you with a smile that is genuine. He is easygoing and puts you at ease during what can be a very stressful and exciting time when purchasing a home.
