Walt was very patient with my circumstances and started working with/for me in October. I needed my home to sell before I could make an offer here. He would look up homes periodically for me to look at and I would ask him advice in ones I saw. But we couldn't act for months. When I could fly out again with only a week notice he was there to drive me all over for 4 days. He nursed me through a long distance purchase so I felt very comfortable.
