He was extremely understanding of my needs in purchasing a home in Post Falls, Id. and made recommendations accordingly. Buyer reviewWalt took the time to get to know us! He spent enough time showing us houses that he quickly established a very good knowledge of what we were looking for and then was able to find us the home we were hoping for within our budget. Walt also helped us get accustom to the fast paced market. It took me 2-3 weeks to get used to the idea I was going to have to make an offer within 24 hours of the property coming to the market. To help me come to this realization I requested some examples of recent sales in the areas we were considering and he quickly provided this data. He has a vast knowledge of homes in the local area. Most importantly, Walt listened to us! He figured out what we were looking for, the size we were looking for, and the location we were looking for and when the right home was ready to be listed he notified us promptly. The day we made the offer, he worked extra late, probably past midnight, to ensure we got our bid and letter of introduction over to the seller. We were first time home buyers and he took the time to explain every step of the process. I highly recommend Walt as a buyer's agent!!!
