Her pricing recommendations were very accurate and based on extensive work on her part via many comparable's and detailed discussion with us. Her photos and recommended layout for the home were very valuable to us. We started receiving viewings right away and were kept informed on a regular basis of all of our property computer views and showings. Our home had a contract on it within 3 weeks. Teresa being at our home during the inspection process was also very helpful to us in understanding the process. Teresa was extremely valuable and professional throughout this entire process as well. Her negotiations on our behalf with the buyers and their agent were extremely helpful and critical toward leading to a timely and equitable closing.
