Seller reviewI was able to communicate with Ms. Choinski by phone for most of the business related to this transaction. If she did not answer the phone , I was able to leave a message and my phone call was promptly returned. Great communications skills!. The property was shown to a prospective buyer the same day that a real estate contract was signed. Multiple offers were received shortly thereafter. The property was sold for more that I thought it was worth which goes to show that Ms. Choinski knew the market a lot better than I did. Kudos! Smart, intelligent and highly knowledgeable about the North Arlington area market. The property was sold at a higher price and in a shorter time period than I had thought possible. Terrific sales professional!
