Buyer reviewTammy is incredible! She was so quick to reply to any needs that the seller or we (the buyers) had. She stayed on top of everything at all times. We laughed many times about the times of day and night that our emails from her were generated. I know we got a better deal on the purchase of the house as well as all the repairs and refunds that we got due to Tammy's expertise. She really protects her buyers! Tammy not only drove the hour to Oceanside whenever needed, but she also got to know the current renters, set up a new rental lease with them, met the neighbors, and identified and hired great inspectors and repair folks for us to work with. I could not ask for a better purchase experience. She really cares, and will work endlessly to make sure everything runs smoothly. I found a house out of the area Tammy lives and works in, and she was still happy to drive an hour each time I needed her to for the purposes of checking out the house, meeting with inspectors, appraisers, final inspections, etc. Great lady!
