Experienced with her industry with a great knowledge and familiarity of the geographic area. Not afraid of hard work, Tammy trekked out to numerous homes for us. When our offer was finally accepted during this current difficult and competitive market, she was exceedingly proficient, and it was thanks to her good track record for closing that our bid was chosen out of 21 other bidders. During the final walk through before closing escrow, she discovered that the seller hadn't properly cared for the lawn. Thankfully, she was able to pivot from her sweet demeanor to respond as bulldog on our behalf and see to it that the situation was made right and taken care of, which alleviated a great deal of stress for us.
