Steve became involved with this family years ago when I had thought to relocate to the Bay Area from Shasta County. Steve's name was given me by another agent, so I contacted him and over the course of some weeks he hauled me just about everywhere, showing me properties I could afford upon the sale of the home I own in Shasta County. Alas, none of the properties were my cup of tea, which was not Steve's fault because the value of my home in Shasta County could never come close to property values are in the Bay Area. So I have remained where I am. When my sister and I decided it was time to sell two properties in Marin County, it was Steve and only Steve we considered. Steve really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new home. Being that it's kind of a country property there were some things I'd never dealt with before (100 year old water rights agreements, private road maintenance agreements, well water and septic). He knew all about the things that are common for country properties, and did a lot of research on the old permits and agreements, to make sure I really knew what I was getting into. I was thankful for all the meticulous work, but also had a lot of fun with Steve cruising around and checking out properties.
