The one aspect of the Real Estate business that I value most is getting to know and work with great people who are purchasing or selling a home, whether it is your first home or your fifth home. The process of buying or selling a home is usually one that people look forward to with excitement and great expectations. I truly consider it a privilege to be allowed to participate as your Realtor® in these processes.
As a client, you should expect someone that is always honest, a great communicator, willing to work hard, and willing to put in the extra effort. I hope to have the opportunity to be this person for you. I made the decision to pursue Real Estate as a full time career because I enjoy working with people to fulfill these expectations and look forward to developing great relationships with my clients.

Buyer reviewIt took me 3 years to find the right property. Steve was my realtor for all 3 years. Needless to say, he was very patient with me. On top of that, he was always available and extremely knowledgeable of the area. He also worked extremely well with my loan officer to put together a great offer.

He recognized that we had found "the one" and took the next steps to ensure we would have a very competitive offer. He approached the sellers realtor before the home even hit the open market, which resulted in the sellers accepting our offer before it hit the open market. This was huge for us, considering the competitive housing market in Sonoma County. We truly felt Steve recognized what we needed in order to stand out, and we wouldn't have gotten this house if it weren't for him. Steve made sure we knew what to expect during every step of the way, and was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. His background in engineering allowed him to point out what would appear to be small flaws regarding homes to the common eye, but would in fact turn out to create huge issues for us as buyers down the line. We would highly recommend Steve to any of our friends or family, and feel that we owe finding our "forever home" to him! Thank you Steve!
