Having worked with Stephanie on our prior home purchase, we wanted only to work with her because Stephanie is very knowledgeable, personable, is very honest and truly cares about her clients. Stephanie is unlike any other professional out there. She is top notch in all areas. She even answered our texts or questions while she was on vacation! Who does that? She encouraged us to ask questions and if, by some small chance she didn't know the answer, she researched it out and got back to us very timely. She ALWAYS made us feel like we were her only clients. When our basement in the new house flooded a few days after closing, I texted Stephanie for advice and the next thing we knew, she and her husband Paul showed up with a wet/dry shop vacuum, towels, buckets, etc. and in the pouring rain they began helping us dry out that mess. They did 99% of that awful task, hauling at least 30 or more 5 gallon buckets of water up a very steep flight of 10 or more stairs, moving heavy, water soaked boxes of books onto shelves, putting the book shelves up on cans to get them out of the water and so much more! And the whole time they were cheerful, soaking wet, positive and gave us so many ideas about what to do to help prevent this from happening to that degree in the future. They even purchased a long hose and attached it to a downspout to avert the water away from the home (again, in the pouring rain) and then they left their equipment so we could continue to keep the basement in good condition while it was drying out. Stephanie stepped in and took over (when none of this should have been her issue as our Realtor) out of caring, friendship and compassion and never asked for anything in return except that we be happy and satisfied in our new home! She is an angel from heaven! Stephanie is 110% committed to helping her clients through the entire difficult and stressful process of purchasing a home. Stephanie kept us informed all along. Whether reporting good news or bad, Stephanie was always professional. She explained everything, answered our questions and took the time to educate us. Honestly, we are old...well, one of us is anyway and the other one is 2/3rds old so we most likely won't be purchasing another home. However, if a need to buy or sell should arise in the future we will be calling Stephanie! We definitely will continue to recommend Stephanie and Century 21 Tri-Dam Realty to everyone!
