Buyer reviewI have been fully satisfied and impressed by my realtor in Valley Springs, CA. Stephanie Hull-Goldberg was engaged right away. I provided her with some parameters of what I was looking for and she took it from there. I was purchasing a home using funds from a trust, which has its own set of landmines. Stephanie was prompt, timely, accurate and did a great job of following through with things. In the real estate world, there are many things that can go wrong, at any time. Stephanie was able to manage my expectations, manage getting inspections done and allowing me to sign forms electronically. As an Air Force veteran and retired police officer, I was warmed by her generous donation to the Homes for Heroes program. I would highly recommend Stephanie Hull-Goldberg for any real estate transactions.

We, as buyers, felt she represented our interests as well as the Seller's. She wore bith hats and dedicated a great job for both. Should we decide to sell another home we own, we will hire Stephanie to sell it for us.

Buyer reviewI saw her contact information on the sign in the window of the mobile home and on the flyer. The exchange of contracts was challenging because of the distance of the seller and my lender; however, Stephanie handled this as well as could be expected and did so by using the internet and electronic signing of documents. This was great problem solving on her part. Stephanie is a very busy person but she always tried to return my calls timely. She provided several methods with which I could get in touch with her. The couple of times I needed the assistance of other staff, they were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend working with Stephanie Hull-Goldberg at Century 21 Tri-Dam Realty. She represented both the seller and myself and did so very well. I felt like I was well represented and that she was fair and honest with both parties.
