She is hard working, thorough, and pleasant. She is very down-to-earth - didn't mind (actually enjoyed) holding our baby girl while showing the property. She carefully handled all the inspections. And, due to her diligence, we paid half of what we would have paid for our pest inspection. She's GREAT!! We recommend her without reservations!!

We had a LOT of unforeseen issues to fix and correct, to please the buyers as well as Pest reports and more! Stephanie was able to contact the people that we needed to make all repairs. She handled all the stress I could not handle in a very professional manner. I didn't handle the stress I was feeling very well at all. We live out of state, so I was a bit stressed. She was outstanding & always professional. Stephanie Hull-Goldberg was always in contact with us, making sure we were informed and what our next move was. I will always be grateful for all her efforts, because the house sold!
