Sheila Splitt called me and told me that she had been watching the market and my property had risen in market worth to the amount that we had previously told her we needed in order to put it on the market. We appreciated her call and she seemed quite knowledgeable of the local market, so we decided to go with her as an agent in our sale. Sheila handled all of the different necessary aspects of the sale professionally, explaining everything very clearly, and negotiating for us very effectively. Sheila provided exceptional service and exceeded our expectations clearly doing her best to make the sale of the house go as smoothly as possible. We ran into difficult moments along the way with an uncooperative tenant for showings, and a buyer making a last-minute demand to buy her a refrigerator, among other things. However, Shiela handled all of it very professionally and kept the sale on track. We were very pleased with the outcome and with the process. I would recommend Sheila and Century 21 MM. Sheila was such an asset as a first time buyer. She really walked me through the whole process, paid attention to details, and was professional. She was also incredibly kind to continue answer some questions I had after closing. During COVID the process was more challenging, and I greatly appreciated that she coordinated everything with the title and mortgage company so that I could sign the documents remotely. There was some issues with correspondence with the lender, and Sheila stayed proactively on top of it, which took a lot of stress off of me. Thank you, Sheila! She gets the job done while minimizing stress for the purchaser. Also, the moving concierge was a nice touch, very helpful.
