Sheila Splitt is a wonderful agent to work with. She went above and beyond for her clients and is fast in response to phone calls and emails. She always put her clients first and negotiates the best benefits for them. I have good experience with Sheila and hope to work with her again in the future. We live out town and Sheila helped us to find good repairman to repair our condo for sale which saved us time and money. On one of our sales offer, the buyer wanted us to pay all the title and escrow fee. But Sheila helped us to negotiate to share half of the expenses without us telling her.
