We had planned on proceeding with the listing of our home with the spouse of a friend from work, but complications arose during the discussion revolving around commission. Fortunately for my family, we opted to get a second opinion from Sara at Century 21. She was extremely polite, and took the time to hear our concerns and develop a plan that addressed our needs. We had moved to Florida shortly after listing the home for sale, so Sara was not only our realtor, but also our representative in Pennsylvania. Throughout the process, she took vital steps to ensure that our listing and eventual sale stayed on track (as best she could within her control). Sara was a colleague from a different aspect of my life, so I am extremely grateful that I decided to have her take a look at our home and present an offer to be our realtor. She made a professional recommendation of what we should be able to sell our home for (without first asking us what we wanted to get for it), which I am glad that we did it that way, since she was 25% higher. She remained committed to that value, knowing that the house was worth that, despite having to sit on the market for a half of a year. Living almost 1000 miles away from our home for sale in PA, we had to rely on Sara for multiple situations, all of which she was gracious enough to handle for us. She handled all communications between her and us as well as between her and other parties (seller's agent, property neighbors, borough council, contractors, municipal authority manager, etc) with complete class and professionalism. Bottom line, our family is in a better situation solely because of the skill set and effort put forth by Sara Cowan.

Sara Cowan was an excellent realtor. I had had a bad experience with another realtor before I met Sara. She was the ultimate professional. She was friendly, polite, always on time and provided me with quick feedback after a showing. I would rep her to anyoselling or buying a house.

Sara Cowan was truly a rock star from day one. No one could've predicted that when we started the home buying process a pandemic would arise. However, Sara's level of dedication to completing our home buying process on time was second to none. She was available every time we needed her or had any questions. We had few questions because she made sure we knew what to expect and when to expect it during the whole process. Sara made our entire buying experience extremely easy during a very difficult time and I think that speaks for itself. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for her professionalism and hard work. I would recommend her to anyone I know wanting to sell or buy a house. I couldn't imagine using anyone else after this amazing experience.
