Sara made this process 100x easier for us. Her job seemed 24/7, she was always answering my questions and keeping me calm at all hours of the day. Sara always explained everything clearly and in a timely manner. Papers were always sent and signed quickly and the process of selling our house went about as smoothly as it could've gone. We had about 8 showings our first week, it was crazy but Sara kept ontop of everything. When we had a hiccup a few days before closing she was on the phone first thing the next morning getting things in order to do the close on the scheduled day. I would recommend Sara to anyone looking to buy or sell. Buying is next on our list, and I wouldn't even consider a different agent.

As far as dealing with Century 21 and Sara Cowan I felt it was as easy as home buying could be. Many other factors such as dealing with the sellers and acquiring the proper papaerwork were very stressful but it i feel the process was as simple as possible by Sara.
