After proudly serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Marines, I embarked on a fulfilling thirty-one-year journey as an educator in the esteemed Sayville School district. Honored with the title of New York State Teacher of the Year in 1990, my passion for serving others and fostering growth has been a driving force throughout my career. Armed with advanced master's degrees from St. John's and Hofstra Universities, I also contributed as an adjunct instructor at Dowling College.

Matt even helped trim our shrubs! Bob helped us fix an appliance issue last minute as well as offered suggestions/contacts/guidance for all of the necessary preparations (such as junk removal, etc.). His assessments and advice in all matters were spot on. If anyone were to ask me to recommend a real estate agent, I would think of no one but Bob Ponzi.
