Honored with the title of New York State Teacher of the Year in 1990, my passion for serving others and fostering growth has been a driving force throughout my career. Buyer reviewI moved from my house on Jan. 25th after 48 yrs. I was very anxious, but Robert was with me every step of the way. Answering all my questions and alleviating all my fears. Robert, with the help of his wife Pat, helped me stage my house and present it on the market in the best possible light. After one open house, I got my asking price. That helped provide the resources I needed for my purchase. Then started the search for my new home. After many rejections, we found one. Robert never gave up, constantly encouraging me that we would keep looking until we found the right one. Then Robert arranged, with great effort, to have the closings on two consecutive days. This allowed me to move directly into my new renovated condo. It couldn't have gone better. Robert is truly a full service realtor and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him or using him again. Seller reviewI have used Bob Ponzi for six different transactions and I would never consider another RE agent. Have you ever had a RE agent come over and power wash your fence? Paint your deck? I have and it was Bob. He is also better than most therapists I've ever met at walking you through the stress of buying and or selling. He comes with a bonus in his wife Pat who is a professional stager and will make your home look the best it can. Can't say enough good things about these two great human beings. If you are considering selling or buying, forget the name on the placard, they're all the same choose the right agent.
