While she was helping us with purchasing our first home here in the College Station area, one thing was instantly clear- She quickly understands what her clients are looking for in a house and she does everything possible to make sure that her clients get the house of their dreams!! :). She is also extremely knowledgeable and the BEST part about our experience is that she was there with us EVERY step of the way--From beginning to the end (even after we closed) to guide us and to make sure everything went well. At every step, she was very thorough and she made sure that everything was taken care of in a smooth and quick manner. In addition to being supportive, she is also a very kind, gentle and very understanding person. Rene was recommended to us by our lender because of her real estate experience in BCS. Her experience helped us so much and was instrumental to us finding the perfect home. Rene was an advocate for us throughout our entire purchase! We felt like we could go to her with anything at any time. She was very honest with us and thorough about the houses that we looked at. She negotiated for us and made the process as stress free as possible while still keeping us in the loop.
