Buyer reviewRene Lukes quickly understood our wants, preferences and likes/dislikes. She was quickly able to zero in on only the offerings on the market which met our needs and eliminated those which did not. When we had narrowed down the choices to a few she provided focus and intelligince which helped us make a final choice. When we decided to make the offer Rene made the offer attractive to the seller/seller's broker. She presented our buyers' credentials in a very positive manner and, with the selling broker, negotiated a very quick offer and acceptance process. She stayed very active throughout the final stages of the purchase, and helped immeasurably to keep the whole process on course despite the fact that we, as buyers, were completely unaware of the drastic changes in the financing process since last November. Throughout she maintained s sense of urgency and attention to detail which ultimately resulted in a closing with a satisfied seller and happy buyer. She's the best!
