Seller reviewIn my eyes Patricia "Bunny" couldn't have done anything more perfect than how she handled my entire sale. She was so helpful, heartful and diligent. I never waited for answers or lacked help. My house was barely listed a week before getting through our offers and accepting. She put my feelings first always,and understood how important things were to me Overall, NO ONE else could have done what she did for my family and myself.

Buyer reviewWe met Patricia at an open house when we were just looking. We knew once we met her, she was going to be the one listing our house. She made everything easy. She has excellent contacts and takes care of everything for you so you don't even have to wonder who to call for this or that. When she says she will handle it, don't worry, don't stress - she means it! So nice to have someone who is really looking out for your best interest. If you want a realtor who is extremely approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and really has your family's interests at heart, PLEASE call her!! Peggy Yanuzzelli was the listing agent for the house we bought. Extremely nice and helpful to us as well. Patricia made this whole experience worthwhile. Never pushy, very understanding of our needs. I couldn't of asked for a better realtor!

When I didn't understand wording, or was confused with any part of the process, she would explain it to me in a basic way. She sat with us and helped us every step of the way! Always available, always communicating, always replied to texts and phone calls. NEVER left us hanging. She really is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She has our highest recommendation.
