Sold my house within 30 days and put up with all of my phone calls, handled all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Seller reviewThis was an estate sale. The children of the seller were both out of staters. One lives in Florida and the other lives in Pennsylvania. We scratched our heads as to how we were going to manage the clean out of the house, and the sale of the leftover house items. Patricia Milligan found the way for us to not only clean out the house, but also to she acquired someone who could help us make significant donations to my mother's church from the sale of the items. Her expertise saved us several trips to New Jersey which would have unfortunately led to our increased expenses. We were very happy with her know-how, judgements, and her energy. We would recommend her to anybody.
