My name is Pat Davis. I am a long time resident of Inverness/Citrus County. I am married and have 3 adult children one of which also a Realtor with me here at Century 21. I am committed to my clients and work hard to achieve result for them. As the market and my clients needs are always changing I take every advantage to keep myself aware of market conditions to insure my clients, whether selling or buying an advantageous position in our marketplace. I have been a full time Realtor in Inverness/Citrus County area for over 20 years. Prior to beginning my career in Real Estate I was in banking and prior to that in new home sales/construction. My entire career has been real estate based enabling me to be well versed in all phases.

Buyer reviewWe were new to the area and didn't know many people and didn't know anything about the local real estate offices. I saw several of Pat's yard signs and felt she must be a top producer in the area so I went and saw her at her office. From the first time we met her she was very friendly, professional, and helpful even though we were still about a year away from purchasing. Pat maintained contact with us throughout the next year and helped us find a great house to purchase once we were ready. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a home!
