My name is Pat Davis. I am a long time resident of Inverness/Citrus County. I am married and have 3 adult children one of which also a Realtor with me here at Century 21. I am committed to my clients and work hard to achieve result for them. As the market and my clients needs are always changing I take every advantage to keep myself aware of market conditions to insure my clients, whether selling or buying an advantageous position in our marketplace. I have been a full time Realtor in Inverness/Citrus County area for over 20 years. Prior to beginning my career in Real Estate I was in banking and prior to that in new home sales/construction. My entire career has been real estate based enabling me to be well versed in all phases.

Pat kept us advised for every step of the process. She remained very helpful even after the close. With her experience and knowledge of the area she was able to inform me of the best in insurance agents, home pest control company, inspectors and electrical contractors. I my opinion Patricia Davis is a top notch agent.
