She did a great job with staging, marketing, pricing, and fielding offers. She also made sure to line up multiple back-up offers, which turned out to be critical when the first buyer cancelled. And of course she was always a pleasure to deal with. Absolute highest recommendation.

Both Michelle Blythe and Renata Koliakiniene went above and beyond to make the process easy and successful. They started off at a major disadvantage. The house was in rough shape and had been on the market by another agent for over a year with practically no bites. They offered amazing suggestions on repairs that would help get the house sold. Both ladies were smart and experienced. They went above and beyond to help guide me through the process to end with an impressive deal. They also were kind and honest and it is clear that they care about the quality of work they both do. Both worked hard and were completely transparent through every step.
