I have lived in the Scottsdale Area since 1983, have raised my family here and have been involved in the community for many years. She knew our expectations and worked with us and the homebuilder to make sure we were meeting deadlines and providing information requested. She fought for us on homebuilder concessions and corrections and did everything within her power to make sure we were satisfied. She was also instrumental in the selling of our previous home to make us eligible for the new home purchase. We recommend her to everyone that asks who we worked with. Michelle was available whenever we needed her. She even did the occasional drop-in on the new home construction and sent us pictures. She responded to every e-mail and text message we sent her in a timely fashion. I don't know how many more times we can say we appreciate everything that Michelle did for us.
