Seller reviewI wholeheartedly recommend Michael Graham! He checked all the most important blocks for me: 1. He was very accurate in his appraisal of the estimated home value. When I began my home sale process I interviewed two very competitive and highly regarded agents. Mike Graham stood out because his estimate was nearly $20K higher and in line with recent comps in the area. He did his homework! 2. Mike Graham was particularly conscientious. At all times he wanted to be as forthright with the buyers on any and all discrepancies. I found his honesty and attention to detail very refreshing and in line with how I wanted to do business. 3. Mike clearly outshined the buyer's agent!. Throughout the home selling process he kept me informed on next steps along the way. It was evident the buyer did not enjoy the same level of detail and professionalism I was afforded by my agent, Mike Graham. Though I was very pleased to have him on my side, I grew even happier upon observing how well he kept me informed along the way. I would eagerly and most enthusiastically select Mike Graham as my agent again! I received an offer on the first day - in fact, it was in the first few hours! I could not have been more pleased!!

Seller reviewMichael Graham was referred to me by a former neighbor who had a positive experience when selling his house. I did not want to sell but was required to sell as the result of a divorce. Michael was kind and compassionate as I went through the process. He acted more like a friend who understood my situation rather than a businessman working for a commission. His knowledge and guidance made me feel safe and protected at a very difficult time. My house sold very quickly and he negotiated a transition arrangement that worked best for me. Michael Graham would be the first person I would recommend to anyone selling their home.
